  • All orders are processed after full payment is received, with a preparation time of 1–3 working days.

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments, all settled in £ (GBP).

VII. Shipping and Delivery

  • After payment confirmation, orders are delivered within 8–15 working days, depending on the delivery region.

  • Orders of £137.99 or more qualify for free shipping; orders below this amount are subject to a £6.27 shipping fee.

  • Shipping is handled by third-party logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking services provided.

VIII. Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

  • You may request to cancel an order within 72 hours before shipment; orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

  • Under Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days after receiving the goods.

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted via customer support, providing order information and required documentation.
