Order Cancellation Policy

II. Situations Where Cancellation Does Not Apply

Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:

  • The order has already been shipped or handed over to the logistics company;

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information prevents successful delivery.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you can still follow our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy to process the return within the legally permitted time frame.
