All fees follow the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning customs duties and import fees are included in the price, ensuring no additional hidden charges.
III. Receipt and Exception Handling

Upon receipt, please check the integrity of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, wet, deformed, or the seal is abnormal, take photos and keep evidence.

If delivery is received by a third party, ensure that the packaging condition is checked before acceptance.

For lost packages, incorrect delivery, or damaged items, contact customer support within 48 hours and provide photos or video evidence.

Any extra costs caused by incorrect shipping information will be borne by the recipient.
IV. Order Preparation and Transit Time

Orders paid before 18:00 are usually processed on the same day;

Orders paid after 18:00 are processed starting from the next working day.
