Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in British Pounds (£); other currencies are not supported. The platform does not accept cash on delivery, cash payments, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency payments.

  • Do not store any sensitive information, such as card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes;

III. Pricing and Transparency

  • Prices displayed on product pages and the checkout page include UK Value Added Tax (VAT 20%);

  • Fee calculation follows the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, with customs duties and clearance costs included in the price;

  • The checkout summary page shows the total order amount before payment confirmation.

IV. Payment Process

The payment process typically includes the following steps:

  1. Verify order details, delivery address, and total amount;

  2. Select Visa or Mastercard for payment;

  3. Enter credit card information (card number, expiration date, CVV, and cardholder name);

  4. Confirm the payment;

  5. An order confirmation notice will be sent to the provided email address.

If payment fails, you can try another credit card or contact customer support for assistance.

V. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed through the same channel used for the original payment.

  • The credit card used for payment must remain active at the time of the refund.

  • Refund processing time depends on the bank’s procedures, usually taking 5–10 working days.

  • If the refund amount has not arrived within a reasonable time, please provide your order number and payment proof, and contact customer support.
